GET phABULOUS!   School is starting and our bodies need some lovin' so that we can get back into the swing of things!  Here are some helpful tips to clean up your life and live with healthy intention! 1. Get Juicing! There is no wrong way about it. Blend, juice or vitamix it up! Your body needs an alkaline diet to thrive. Eat mostly perishable foods like clean organic fruits and veggies. Stick to lean poultry or fish and less red meats and dairy if you are non-vegetarian. Skip the frozen section and the middle isles at the store so that you don't buy the "dead" foods that don't serve your body. Take a multi-vitamin, probiotics and omega-3 oil for phABULOUS SKIN!!!! 2. Find a trainer to get your bod in shape! My trainer Lisa Allen has rocked my world! No matter how many times I said I could do it myself, I have never made more progress in so little of time than I have with her. Here is a sad but true story...last year I cleaned my bun-bun's crate out and sprayed it with Lysol deodorizer, then left it outside in the Sun for a day, thinking it was ok. I put my bun-bun back in her crate and she died in less than 24 hours! I was so heart-broken, so make your own cleaners please! Here are some ideas... baking soda=cleans, deodorizes, scours distilled white vinegar=cuts grease, removes mildew, removes stains hydrogen peroxide=disinfect, remove stains lemons=effective against most household bacteria, great for surfaces corn starch=clean windows, polish furniture, shampoo carpets natural liquid soap my favorite is Dr. Bronner's! Tea Tree Oil=all purpose cleaner and controls mold. 10 drops/1 0z. of H20 club soda=lift stains beeswax=polish wood olive oil=polish wood pine oil=cleaning soft wood floors salt=scrubbing essential oils=pleasant scents 5-7 drops/1 oz. of water. Great for the bathroom!

For those of you that don't know but care to, this day is a very grand event. It will never happen again in the history of this planet. Yesterday was 20-13 on the Mayan Calendar, the end of the last creation cycle that began in the old energy. The end of that cycle signaled the end of our evolutionary cycle (not the end of the planet as so many feared). We graduated. We now have everything we need to become truly Divine Humans creating Heaven on Earth. Today we have entered our first creation cycle in the new Sacred Feminine energy. What a blessing! Release all your old contracts and anything else that doesn't serve you and walk into the new energy with grace and beauty!
